    <ns1:description language="sr">Дигиталне технологије мењају облик фармацеутске здравствене заштите (ФЗЗ) и услуга, али због брзог развоја и даље недостаје њихово праћење, евалуација и процена ризика. Ова дисертација имала је за циљ да идентификује приоритетне ризике везане за телефармацију, мобилно здравље, вештачку интелигенцију и софтверску инфраструктуру присутну у апотекама, као и да дефинише корективне мере за унапређење безбедности пацијената и квалитета ФЗЗ у Србији. Ставови и искуства фармацеута о мобилном здрављу и телефармацији су такође истражени, путем полуструктурираних индивидуалних интервјуа, како би се добило више контекста за процену ризика. Интервјуи су дословно транскрибовани, кодирани и тематски анализирани. Омогућен је бољи увид у употребу, очекивања, предности и изазове што може водити у боље информисани дизајн дигиталних здравствених алата. Спроведена је Анализа начина и ефеката неуспеха и идентификована су 42 ризика, док је 8 њих препознато као критично израчунавањем бројева приоритетности ризика и постављањем граничне вредности. Предложене су корективне мере, након чега су ризици поново процењени. Најкритичнији је био ризик од интернет превара и лажног представљања, док је остатак укључивао неадекватан унос и управљање подацима, мањкаву имплементацију, људске и технолошке грешке и недостатак транспарентности, персонализације и инфраструктуре. Идентификовани су узроци на системском, технолошком и индивидуалном нивоу, док се о ефектима разговарало у погледу безбедности пацијената и управљања апотекарским пословањем. Дигитализација фармацеутске праксе обећава већу ефикасност ФЗЗ, али труд, ресурси и иницијативе морају бити усмерени ка адекватном мониторингу, благовременом идентификовању проблема и изградњи инфраструктуре која подржава безбедну примену дигиталних алата и услуга</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">Digital technologies are reshaping pharmacy services and care, but due to the speedy development, their monitoring, evaluation and risk assessment are still lacking. This thesis aimed to identify priority risks associated with telepharmacy, mHealth, artificial intelligence and software infrastructure used in pharmacies, as well as define corrective measures to improve patient safety and pharmaceutical care quality in Serbia. Attidudes and experiences of community pharmacists on mHealth and telepharmacy were also explored, via semi-structured one-on-one interviews, to obtain more context for the risk assessment. Interviews were transcribed ad verbatim, coded and thematically analysed. Greater insight into usage, expectations, benefits and challenges was obtained and can lead into better informed design of digital health tools. Failure Mode &amp; Effect Analysis was conducted and identified 42 risks, while 8 of them were recognized as critical by calculating risk priority numbers and setting the threshold. Corrective measures were proposed for these, after which the risks were re-evaluated. The most critical risk was internet/identity fraud, while the rest included insufficient data entry and management, flawed implementation, human and technology errors, and lack of transparency, personalization and infrastructure. Causes were identified on a system, technological and individual level while the effects were discussed in terms of patient safety and pharmacy business management. Digitalization of pharmaceutical practice promises greater effectiveness of pharmaceutical care, yet efforts, resources and initiatives must be directed towards adequate monitoring, timely issue identification and building infrastructure that supports safe implementation of digital tools and services.</ns1:description>
