    <ns1:description language="sr">Cilj doktorske disertacije je da se ispitaju akutni efekti različitih brzina kontrakcija sa 3 vrsteopterećenja na postaktivacijsku potencijaciju (PAP). Postaktivacijska potencijacija se definiše kaofiziološki fenomen koji dovodi do akutnog povećanja sposobnosti ispoljavanja sile i snage skeletnihmišića koje nastaje kao direktna posljedica prethodne snažne voljne mišićne kontrakcije, odnosnopotencijacijskog podražaja (Borba i sar., 2017). Potencijacija je vršena sa 3 serije sa 3 ponavljanja,dinamičkim kontrakcijama sa opterećenjem 90% od 1RM-a (ECC90%), brzim ekscentričnimkontrakcijama sa 60% (EC60%) i 40% (EC40%) od 1RM-a na uzorku od 20 studenata.Eksperimentalna procedura je sprovedena u četiri odvojene sesije sa 7 dana pauze između sesija.Antropometrijska mjerenja i procjena 1RM-a u vježbi čučanj na Smit mašini izvršena su u okviruprve sesije. Akutni efekti PAP-a procijenjeni su na osnovu kinematičkog parametara - maksimalnevisine skoka (h), mjerenjem rezultata na testiranju prije i nakon primjene protokola,(Countermovement Jump - CMJ), u okviru druge, treće i četvrte sesije, redom: ECC90%, EC60% iEC40%. Pauza između potencijacijskog podražaja i CMJ-a je bila 6 minuta kod sve 3 potencijacije inakon sve tri serije. Analizom rezultata ANOVA za ponovljena mjerenja utvrđeno je da postojistatistički značajna razlika u visini skoka nakon primjene sve 3 vrste potencijacije, p &lt; .001.Bonferroni post hoc analiza pokazala je značajne razlike između visina CMJ-a nakon potencijacijaECC90% (2.81 ± 1.08 cm) i EC60% (2.45 ± 0.8 cm), p &lt; .005. Dalje, prosječne vrijednosti visineskoka nakon ECC90% i EC60% su značajno veće u odnosu nakon EC40% (1 ± 0.3 cm). Rezultatiove studije ukazuju na to da je moguće primijeniti dinamičke 90% od 1RM-a i brze ekscentričnekontrakcije sa opterećenjima 60% i 40% od 1RM-a u cilju akutnog povećanja visine CMJ-a nakonperioda pauze od 6 minuta kod studenata. Iako je najveći efekat zabilježen pri većim intenzitetima(90% i 60% 1RM), čak i opterećenje od 40% od 1RM-a dovelo je do statistički i praktično značajnog,ali najmanje izraženog poboljšanja, što sugeriše njegovu moguću primjenu u situacijama kadavisokointenzivna aktivacija nije preporučljiva.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">The aim of the doctoral dissertation is to investigate the acute effects of fast eccentriccontractions with different load on the postactivation potentiation (PAP). Postactivation potentiationis defined as a physiological phenomenon that leads to an acute increase in the ability to exert forceand power of skeletal muscles, which occurs as a direct result of a previous strong voluntary musclecontraction, or potentiating stimulus (Borba et al., 2017). Potentiation was performed using 3 sets of3 repetitions with dynamic contractions (ECC90%) at 90% of one repetition maximum (1RM-a), fasteccentric contractions at 60% (EC60%), and 40% (EC40%) 1RM-a on a sample of 20 students. Theprocedure was carried out in four sessions with a 7-day rest between sessions. Anthropometricmeasurements and 1RM-a assessment using the barbell squat on the Smit machine were conductedin the first session. Acute PAP effects were assessed based on kinematic parameters (maximal jumpheight - h) using pretest and posttest Countermovement Jump (CMJ) tests in the second, third, andfourth sessions. The rest period between the potentiation stimulus and CMJ was 6 minutes for allconditions. Repeated measures ANOVA showed significant differences in jump height after all threetypes of potentiation (p &lt; .001). Bonferroni post-hoc analysis revealed significant differencesbetween ECC90% (2.81 ± 1.08 cm) and EC60% (2.45 ± 0.8 cm) potentiation (p &lt; .005). Additionally,jump height after ECC90% and EC60% was significantly higher compared to EC40% (1 ± 0.3 cm).The results of this study suggest that it is possible to apply dynamic contractions at 90% of 1RM andfast eccentric contractions with loads of 60% and 40% of 1RM to acutely enhance CMJ heightfollowing a 6-minute rest period in university students. Although the greatest effect was observed athigher intensities (90% and 60% of 1RM), even the 40% 1RM load resulted in a statistically andpractically significant, albeit less pronounced, improvement, indicating its potential applicability insituations where high-intensity activation may not be advisable.</ns1:description>
