Rad istražuje različite forme manifestacije individualne i kolektivne kreativnosti
u procesu audio-vizuelne produkcije. Višeslojna uloga producentske
profesije na televiziji donekle je izmenila shvatanje kreativnosti i autorstva.
Imperativ temeljnog i multidisciplinarnog pristupa koncipiranju, razvijanju i
održavanju uspešnog programskog projekta čini savremene producente ključnim
i najodgovornijim akterima u procesu televizijske proizvodnje. Televizija
sve više postaje „producentski medijum“ u kome je jasno zastupljen fundamentalni
uticaj „pisca-producenta“ koji se ostvaruje kroz funkciju izvršnog
producenta ili „šouranera“ (showrunner). Produkciona strategija se sve više
usmerava na istovremenu afirmaciju kolektivnog doprinosa, ali i na zadržavanje
individualne odgovornosti i zasluga kreativnih i poslovnih lidera.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Summary
This essay explores the manifestation of individual and collective creativity
in the audio-visual production process. Where the multi-layered role of the
production profession is concerned, production processes in television have
changed the perspective of creativity and authorship. The imperative of a
thorough and multi-disciplinary approach in the conception, development,
and maintaining of a successful project makes contemporary producers the
key players and the most responsible factor in modern television. This medium
becomes a ‘producers medium’, fundamentally influenced by writerproducers
functioning as executive producers or showrunners. The production
strategy is often directed towards simultaneous affirmation of collective
effort and insuring the recognizable responsibility and merit of individual leaders.</dc:description>
