<dc:description xml:lang="eng">The report aims at presenting the main challenges/changes relevant for working conditions
with respect to digitalisation, automatization and decarbonization in the Serbian
metalworking industry. It provides relevant inputs for the BARMETAL Project's main research
question on how the new forms of work and training related to these changes are addressed
or can be addressed via collective bargaining. The main focus is on the importance of reskilling
and up-skilling as relevant topics that need to be included in broader social dialogue
and collective bargaining on various levels.</dc:description>
