virtualne realnosti (Oculus Go Standalone Virtual Reality Headset) na promenu fizičkih
eksperimentalne) i E2 (druge eksperimentalne) grupe.

<ns1:description language="en">Abstract: From the point of view of the scientific and technological revolution, artificial intelligence
(AI) slowly and shyly entered the daily life of man. Virtual reality (VR) as part AI, with increasingly
advanced software solutions of virtual scenarios, has the potential to support innovative
methodological procedures for the needs of kinesiology transformation processes. The goal of the
research was to assess the impact of virtual reality technology (Oculus Go Standalone Virtual
Reality Headset) on the change in physical performance of older elementary school students from
Belgrade. Physical performance was assessed on the basis of a functional test, which was used to
calculate the maximum oxygen consumption of students, a test for the explosive power of the lower
extremities, and a test for assessing agility. Multivariate analysis of variance was used to determine
the difference between groups at the initial measurement, and multivariate analysis of covariance
was used at the final measurement to verify the treatment effects. The results of the study indicate
that at the initial measurement there were no significant differences between the E1 (first
experimental) and E2 (second experimental) groups. After eight weeks of additional work with
students, the results showed that treatment with the help of virtual reality improves aerobic
capacity, explosive strength and agility in students. VR is considered to have a positive effect on the
effects of applying additional work with students. New technologies in education improve student
engagement, student personalization, realistic simulations, enable learning through inquiry, and
greatly improve motivation for physical activity. In the future, we can expect the integration of new
VI technologies with students and the impact of this trend on the reform and improvement of the
development of physical education in schools.
