o:35493 Stanje uhranjenosti dece predškolskog uzrasta Nutrition state of preschool children sr Sažetak: Cilj istraživanja je bio da se utvrdi stanje uhranjenosti dece (starije) vrtićke grupe i grupe u godini pred polazak u školu koja pohađaju vrtiće na području opštine Beograd. Merenje antropometrijskih mera bilo je izvršeno u salama za fizičko vaspitanje početkom februara 2023. godine. U istraživanju je primenjen metod verovatnosnog uzorka. Predmet istraživanja su predstavljala deca (starije) vrtićke i vaspitne grupe u godini pred polazak u školu Predškolske ustanove „Čukarica” iz Beograda. Istraživanjem su se utvrđivale eventualne statističke razlike između uzrasnih grupa, kao i statističke razlike između oba pola obe uzrasne grupe. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na to da ne postoje statistički značajne razlike u stanju uhranjenosti dece iz Beograda u PU ,,Čukarica”. Kada se pol uzme kao parametar, takođe, može se zaključiti da se deca značajno ne razlikuju u stanju njihove uhranjenosti. U odnosu na vaspitnu grupu kojoj pripadaju, može se zaključiti da su indeksi uhranjenosti dece starije (vrtićke) grupe značajno niži u odnosu na vaspitnu grupu u godini pred polazak u školu. Ovo ukazuje na to da antropometrijske mere dece odgovaraju njihovom uzrastu i prirodnim faktorima koji utiču na fizički razvoj. Primećuje se i jednakost indeksa uhranjenosti između dece iz različitih grupa, što ukazuje na to da je njihova uhranjenost u saglasnosti sa uzrastom i specifičnostima telesnog razvoja. Autori preporučuju dalje praćenje rasta i razvoja dece pre upisa u školu. Summary: The aim of the research was to determine the state of nutrition of children of the older and preschool education group who attend kindergartens in the municipality of Belgrade. The measurement of anthropometric measures was carried out in the physical education halls at the beginning of February 2023. The research used the probability sampling method. The subjects of the research were children of the older and preschool age groups of the kindergarten "Čukarica" from Belgrade. The research determined possible statistical differences between age groups, as well as statistical differences between both sexes of both age groups. The results of the research indicate that there are no statistically significant differences in the nutritional status of children from Belgrade in PU "Čukarica". When gender is taken as a parameter, it can also be concluded that children do not differ significantly in the state of their nutrition. In relation to the educational group to which they belong, it can be concluded that the nutritional indices of children of the older preschool group are significantly lower compared to the preschool group. This indicates that the anthropometric measurements of children correspond to their age and natural factors that influence physical development. The equality of the nutrition index between children from different groups is also observed, which indicates that their nutrition is in accordance with the age and specifics of physical development. The authors recommend further monitoring of children's growth and development before entering school. Ključne reči: deca predškolskog uzrasta, razvoj, razlike, indeks telesne mase.
