Abstract— The different approaches to the processing of negation in sentences written in Serbian and their influence on the sentiment analysis are presented in this paper. Sentiment analysis is still not sufficiently elaborated, especially for resource-limited languages. Processing of negation is important for sentiment analysis and significantly increases its quality.
