  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Sažetak: Istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku 53 ispitanika (28 košarkaša i 23 atletičara), starosti 17
± 0,3 godina, sa ciljem da se utvrde razlike u motoričkim sposobnostima i telesnoj kompoziciji između
košarkaša i atletičara. Za procenu motoričkih sposobnosti primenjene su sledece varijable: sprint 10 m,
visina skoka, agilnost, dok su za procenu telesnog satava primenjene: BMI, FAT, misicina masa. Rezultati
dobijeni statističkom obradom podataka govore da košarkaši ostvaruju značajno bolje rezultate kod
sprinta na 10 m (p=0,013&lt;0,05) i da su u značajnijoj prednosti kada je u pitanju mišićna masa
(p=0,016&lt;0,05). Statistički značajna razlika dobijena je u procentu masti (p=0,038&lt;0,05), gde je kod
atletičara zabeležen manji procenat masti u telu, u odnosu na košarkaše. Za ostale varijable značajnija
razlika nije potvrđena (t&lt;=1,510; p&gt;=0,152).</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: The research was conducted on a sample of 53 subjects in total based on 28 basketball players and 25 athletes aged(17 ± 0.3) years, with the aim of determining the differences in motor skills and body composition between basketball players and athletes. The following variables were used to assess motor skills: (S10 m, VS, AG), while the following variables were used to assess body composition: (BMI, FAT, M).. The results obtained by statistical data processing show that basketball players achieve significantly better results in S10 m (p&lt;0.05) and that they have a significant advantage when it comes to MM (p&lt;0.05). A statistically significant difference was also obtained in FAT (p&lt;0.05) whereas the athletes had a lower (FAT %) compared to basketball players plus considering the other variables, a significant difference was not confirmed (t&lt;1.510; p&gt;0.152).</dc:description>
