  <dc:title xml:lang="eng">The Network-Based Business Process</dc:title>
<dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: Business processes can be structured or unstructured. The former are well
formed, often repetitive, and call for intense coordination among stakeholders.
The latter are loosely defined and utilize stakeholders’ personal experiences
and social interactions. Here, the authors demystify the social interactions on
which network-based business processes are developed, structure them for
better tracking, and analyze the value they add to enterprise operations.
