Learning content from preschool teachers’ perspective sr Апстракт: Савремене програмске концепције предшколског ва- спитања и образовања усмерене су ка интегрисаном приступу учењу и развоју, дугорочним циљевима и развоју диспозиција за учење и кључ- них компетенција за целоживотно учење. Избор тема и садржаја учења и поучавања поверен је професионалним компетенцијама васпитача. У таквим околностима, од великог значаја су концепти које васпитачи имају о учењу и поучавању деце. У раду су представљени резултати истраживања које је имало за циљ испитивање ставова васпитача о садржајима учења и поучавања деце предшколског узраста – шта јесу или би требало да буду садр- жаји учења, како доживљавају слободу која им је дата у избору садр- жаја и који фактори утичу на њихов избор тема и садржаја учења и истраживања са децом. Коришћена је дескриптивна метода са анкети- рањем као истраживачком техником. Истраживањем је обухваћено 466 васпитача са територије Београда. Резултати истраживања показују да садржаје учења и поучавања васпитачи углавном препознају у оквиру социо-емоционалних компетенција, а у значајно мањој мери у оквиру компетенције учења учењa. Декларативна знања заузимају значајно место у начину на који васпитачи сагледавају учење деце предшколс- ког узраста. Резултати истраживања указују да васпитачи у одређеној мери препознају елементе квалитетног програма, али да су им у про- цесу развијања реалних програма и изласка изван уобичајених оквира потребне јасније смернице што би требало узети у обзир приликом унапређивања програма иницијалног образовања, стручног усаврша- вања и доступне стручне литературе. Abstract: Modern program conceptions of preschool education are concen- trated on the integrated approach to learning and development, long-term goals and development of learning dispositions and key competences for lifelong learning. The choice of topics and content of learning and teach- ing is entrusted to the professional competencies of preschool teachers. In those circumstances, concepts that preschool teachers have about learning and teaching children play a significant part. This paper presents the results of research which sought to examine attitudes of preschool teachers about the contents of learning, that is teaching preschool children – what their learning contents are or shoud be, how they experience the freedom which is given to them in the choice of contents and what factors influence their choice of topics and contents of learning and researching with children. A descriptive method was used with survey as a research technique. The research included 472 preschool teachers on the territory of the city of Bel- grade. The results of the research show that the contents of learning and teaching by preschool teachers are to the greatest extent recognized within socio-emotional competencies, and to a much lesser extent within the learn- ing to learn competence. Declarative knowledge has an important place in the way in which preschool teachers perceive the learning of preschool chil- dren. The results of the research show that preschool teachers recognize to a certain extent the elements of a quality program, but in the process of developing the current programs and going beyond the usual framework, clearer directions are needed. This should be considered when improving the program of initial education, professional development and available professional literature.
