Ovaj rad ima za cilj da ispita mogućnosti unapređenja energetskih karakteristika industrijskih zgrada u Srbiji, sa primenom dvostruke fasade. U radu su ispitane mogućnosti unapređenja tri tipa industrijskih zgrada i to: industrijske zgrade sa šed krovom, industrijske zgrade sa dvovodnim kosim krovom i industrijske zgrade sa ravnim krovom. Odabrani modeli industrijskih zgrada su podvrgnuti energetskim simulacijama. Energetske simulacije su rađene korišćenjem softvera Energy Plus i Design Builder. Prilikom sanacije postojećih zgrada ispitane su mogućnosti prenamene prostora u zgrade administrativne namene. U radu je diskutovan uticaj faktora oblika zgrade na energetske karakteristike. Odabrani modeli su valorizovani na osnovu dobijenih rezultata potrebne energije za grejanje i hlađenje zgrade, i emisije ugljen-dioksida.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: This paper aims to examine the possibilities of improving the energy characteristics
of industrial buildings in Serbia, with the application of a double skin facade. The paper
examines the possibilities of improvement of three types of industrial buildings: industrial
buildings with shed roof, with two-pipe sloping roof and with flat roofs. Selected models of
industrial buildings are subjected to energy simulations. Energy simulations were done using
the Energy Plus and Design Builder software. During the rehabilitation of existing buildings,
the possibilities of transforming the space into administrative buildings were examined. The
effect of the building shape factors on the energy characteristics is discussed. The selected
models are valorized based on the obtained results of the required energy for heating and
cooling the building, and carbon dioxide emissions.</dc:description>
