o:29933 Четрдесет година Конвенције Уједињених нација о уговорима о међународној продаји робе Forty years of The United Nations Convention on Contracts for The International Sale of Goods - CISG sr Сажетак: Предмет овог рада је ограничен његовим обимом, а чине га анализе засноване на ставовима јуриспруденције, пословнe, судскe и арбитражне праксе у вези са важним питањима о: значају, примени, општим карактеристикама Конвенције Организације уједињених нација о међународној продаји робе из 1980. године (Бечка конвенција - БК); пуноважности уговора о међународној продаји робе; међународном карактеру и аутономном тумачењу БК; обавези поштовања начела савесности и поштења; општим начелима БК и примени правила међународног приватног права; утврђивању намере уговорних страна према БК; значају трговачких обичаја у режиму БК и у другим изворима међународног трговачког уговорног права; одређивању седишта уговорних страна и форми уговора о међународној продаји робе према БК. Abstract: The subject of this paper is limited by its scope, and it consists of analyzes based on attitudes of legal science, business, court and arbitration practice regarding important issues on: significance, application, general characteristics of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods of 1980 (Vienna Convention - VC); the validity of contracts for the international sale of goods; international character and autonomous interpretation of VK; obligations to respect the principles of conscientiousness and honesty; general principles of VC and application of the rules of private international law; determining the intention of the contracting parties towards BK; the importance of trade customs in the BC regime and in other sources of international trade contract law; determining the seat of the contracting parties according to VK and the form of the agreement on the international sale of goods according to VK.
