o:28875 Analiza potreba za poslovnim informatičarima na tržištu radne snage Srbije The analysis of the needs for business informatics specialists at the labor market of Serbia sr Сажетак:У овом раду анализиране су потребе за пословним информатичарима на тржишту радне снаге Србије, прикупљањем података из релевантних домаћих (Национална служба за запошљавање, Републички завод за статистику и други) и међународних извора (Еуростат, Светски економски форум и други). Посебно су анализирани подаци из анкете коју су аутори спровели на Економском факултету Универзитета у Београду, о заинтересованости студената прве године студија за модул Пословна информатика. На основу резултата спроведених анализа у раду се закључује да у Србији пословна компонента у информатици постаје све траженија. Анализа упућује на закључак да су потребне промене и у високом образовању како би се одговорило захтевима тржишта радне снаге у Србији. Такође, ова анализа је показала да се у Србији значајно увећао број компанија које се баве развојем пословних софтвера, а које траже значајан број економски високообразованих информатичара. Abstract The main subject of the paper is the analysis of the needs for business informatics specialists at the labor market of Serbia. The analysis was conducted by collecting data from both relevant national sources (National Employment Service, Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia and others) and international sources (Eurostat, World Economic Forum and others). One part of the analysis was based on the data collected from the survey conducted by the authors of the paper at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. The essential part of the survey was focused on the interest of students at the first year of studies for the new module called Business informatics. One of the main conclusions of the analysis is that the business component of IT is becoming more popular with growing demand. Therefore, changes in the field of higher education concerning business informatics programs are necessary in order to fulfill demand at the Serbian labor market. Finally, it was revealed that the number of companies involved in the development of business software has lately significantly increased in Serbia. These companies have an additional need for a substantial number of IT professionals who have both high economic (business) and IT education.
