    <ns1:description language="sr">Apstrakt: U ovom radu smo pokušali da istražimo prirodu veze između psiholoških
ugovora i radnih ponašanja zaposlenih u sektoru državne administracije. Ispitivana je
veza između kršenja i povrede psiholoških ugovora, s jedne strane, i radne angažovanosti, namere da se napusti organizacija i odsustvovanja sa posla, s druge strane, na uzorku od 94 državna službenika zaposlenih u državnoj upravi Republike Srbije. Rezultati
istraživanja su potvrdili da kršenje psiholoških ugovora jeste prediktor promena u nivou
radne angažovanosti i namere da se napusti organizacija, ali ne i dužine odsustvovanja
sa posla zaposlenih u državnoj upravi. S druge strane, povreda psihološkog ugovora
korelira i prediktor je promena u sve tri vrste istraživanih radnih ponašanja.</ns1:description>
    <ns1:description language="en">Abstract: In this paper we made an attempt to investigate the nature of the relationship
between psychological contracts and work behaviours of the employees in state
administration. We explore the relationship between psychological contract breach and
psychological contract violation, on one hand, and work engagement, turnover
intention and abseenteism, on the other hand, on the sample of 94 civil servants
employed in the state administration of the Republic of Serbia. Research findings
confirmed that psychological contract breach is the predictor of changes in work engagement and turnover intentions; however, it is not related to the abseenteism of
employee in state administration. On the other hand, psychological contract violation is
found to correlate and predict changes in all thee investigated work behaviours.</ns1:description>
