  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Apstrakt: Rad se bavi temom rada od kuće u
uslovima pandemije KOVID-19. Pod radom od
kuće podrazumevamo privremeni, alternativni
radni aranžman do koga je došlo usled pandemije,
kada je veliki broj ljudi u Srbiji svoje poslovne
kancelarije morao da zameni kućnim radnim
ambijentom. Rad iznosi iskustva zaposlenih u

Srbiji, zasnovan je na istraživanju koje je me-
todom ankete obavljeno na 2 171 zaposlenom

u periodu mart-maj 2021. Rezultati istraživanja

opisuju, objašnjavaju i sistematizuju uticaj pan-
demije KOVID-19 na zaposlene i organizacije iz

različitih sektora i ima potencijal da doprinese
razvoju kapaciteta da se bolje odgovori na neke
buduće, nepredvidive krizne situacije. Rezultati
istraživanja korisni su za zainteresovane strane
u organizacijama u Srbiji, uključujući vlasnike,
menadžere i zaposlene, kao i za vladu, kreatore
javnih politika i akademsku zajednicu.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: The paper deals with the topic of work
from home in the conditions of the COVID-19

pandemic. By work from home, we mean a tempo-
rary, alternative work arrangement that occurred

due to the pandemic, when a large number of
people in Serbia had to replace their business
offi ces with a homework environment. The paper
presents the experiences of employees in Serbia,
based on a survey conducted on 2,171 employees
in the period March-May 2021. The results of
the survey describe, explain and systematize the
impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees
and organizations from diff erent sectors and have
the potential to contribute to capacity development
to better respond to some future, unpredictable
crises. The results of the research are useful for
stakeholders in organizations in Serbia, including
owners, managers and employees, as well as for
government, policymakers and academia.</dc:description>
