  <dc:description xml:lang="srp">Apstrakt: Cilj ovoga rada jeste da prikaže faze
razvoja, trenutno stanje i perspektive tržišta zelenih
obveznica. Zelene obveznice predstavljaju dužničke
finansijske instrumente emitovane sa ciljem finan-
siranja tzv. “zelenih projekata”, odnosno projekata
koji su ekološki odgovorni i održivi. Segment
tržišta zelenih instrumenata doživljava ubrzani
rast u poslednjoj deceniji. Uprkos brzom razvoju
i atraktivnosti ovi instrumenti, još uvek, u velikom
broju slučajeva, ne pružaju dokaz o postojanju
zelene premije, odnosno prinosnog diskonta u
poređenju sa uporedivim klasičnim obveznicama.
Navedeno ukazuje na značaj eksterne certifikacije
i povećanja vidljivosti stvarne namene finansijskih
sredstava prikupljenih njihovom emisijom za rast
poverenja investitora u ove instrumente i dalji
razvoj ovog tržišnog segmenta.</dc:description>
  <dc:description xml:lang="eng">Abstract: The aim of this paper is to show the
stages of development, the current state and per-
spectives of the green bond market. Green bonds
represent debt financial instruments issued with the
aim of financing the so-called „green projects”,
i.e. projects that are environmentally responsible
and sustainable. The green instrument market
segment has been experiencing accelerated growth
in the last decade. Despite the rapid development
and attractiveness of these instruments, in a large
number of cases, they still do not provide evidence
of the existence of a green premium, i.e. yield
discount compared to comparable classic bonds.
The above points to the importance of external
certification and increasing the visibility of the
real purpose of financial resources collected
through their issuance for the growth of investor
confidence in these instruments and the further
development of this market segment.</dc:description>
