Particular focus is placed on considering the objectives of prohibiting abuse of a dominant position by an enterprise, defining the relevant market as a key element in the process of determining competition rules violation and determining the dominant position. Particularly explained are examples from business practice that analyze various practices of abuse of a dominant position: refusal and termination of cooperation, predatory behavior, tying and bundling, defining excessive prices, inadequate rebate policy, imposing exclusivity and discriminating customers.
