Green supply chain and reverse logistics, as its key dimension of functioning, represent one of the most up-to-date areas of analysis in the business philosophy of supply chain management, which have been in the focus of scientific and expert public for less than two decades. The basic shortcoming concerning the research in this field is insufficient practical research in the area, which is the main motive for the realization of this paper. The research subject of this paper is identification of the most relevant factors for the usage of the reverse logistics process activities in companies that participate in the supply chain in Serbia. The aim of the paper is to identify specific factors important for the usage of the reverse logistics process in Serbia, as well as to widen and enrich the scientific and practical findings in this area.</dc:description>
