Посебан акценат је стављен на могућност модификације такозваних конвенцијалних возила у електрична возила, чиме би се извори загађења из густо насељених градских средина преместили у ненасељене делове. Директан допринос био би у побољшању квалитета ваздуха који се удише, што директно утиче на здравствено стање људи. Рад садржи пет поглавља, која, повезано у целину, представљају студију која би требало да постави основе за доношење или корекцију потребних прописа и процедура за разматрање стратешких пројеката електрификације возног парка у Републици Србији, односно развоја електромобилности посебно у већим и загађеним срединама. Тhe aim of this paper is to make a small contribution to reducing global warming which is caused by the transport sector. Special emphasis is placed on the ability to modify the so-called of conventional vehicles to electric vehicles, which would be sources of pollution from densely populated urban areas transferred in uninhabited areas, where direct contribution was to improve the quality of air that is inhaled and which directly affects the health of people. The paper contains thirteen chapters, which involved the whole, are a study of what should be done for the adoption or correction of necessary regulations and procedures for consideration of strategic projects of electrification of the vehicle fleet in the Republic of Serbia, the development of electro mobility, particularly in larger and more polluted environments.
