Циљ истраживања јесте да се утврде место и статус те лексике у савременом српском књижевном језику. У уводној целини рада, формулисани су предмет и циљ истраживања, представљен је корпус и дат је преглед важнијих досадашњих проучавања која представљају допринос теми. Лексички фонд који се односи на кулинарство формира посебну терминологију из једне од сфера свакодневног живота. Овај сегмент лексикона српског језика можемо посматрати и као терминологију одговарајуће струке, а управо повезаност сфера струке и свакодневног живота представља особеност наведеног терминолошког система и његових јединица... This thesis deals with the culinary lexis in contemporary Serbian literary language, which is represented by the segment related to the names of the dishes, as the broadest and most significant thematic group of culinary terminology. The aim of this research is to define a place and status of the said lexis in contemporary Serbian literary language. The introductory part presents the subject and aim of the research, the corpus and an overview of relevant references which have contributed to the study of this topic. The lexical fund related to cooking forms a specific body of terminology from one of the domains of everyday life. This segment of the Serbian lexicon may also be regarded as a type of specialized terminology of the corresponding profession, and that link between a profession and everyday life is what makes this terminological subsystem unique...
