Na primer, kada postoji očigledna protivrečnost izmedu prorokove izjave i njegovog postupka, tada se prvenstvo pridaje onome što je rekao. Razlog je taj što njegova izjava predstavlja ili zapovest ili zabranu umi (zajednici) dok se postupak, u ovom slučaju, tumači kao nešto što se posebno odnosi na njega samog. Stoga se pojedinacna i jedinstvena pravila (hasais) koja se tiču proroka u stvari zasnivaju na njegovo fundamentalno načelo (asl). Godina izdavanja: 1863.
